Perfect Image Panel & Paint is a family-owned automotive repair business located in Wangara. Specialising in panel beating, collision repairs, vehicle body repairs and refinishing, the team is committed to delivering quality workmanship and professional service. They are seeking a motivated Apprentice Spray Painter who is eager to learn a trade and build a long-term career in the automotive industry.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working alongside experienced tradespeople. You will develop practical skills in vehicle preparation, refinishing and spray painting while completing a nationally recognised apprenticeship.

• Assist qualified tradespeople with the preparation and refinishing of vehicles.
• Sand and prepare vehicle panels for painting.
• Mask vehicles and components ready for painting.
• Assist with colour matching and paint preparation.
• Apply primers and coatings under supervision.
• Polish and finish repaired areas.
• Clean and maintain spray-painting equipment.
• Maintain clean and organised paint and preparation areas.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and requirements.
• Complete all TAFE and apprenticeship training requirements.

• Driver's licence.
• Previous automotive experience.
• Completion of a relevant pre-apprenticeship.
• Reliable transport to and from the Wangara workshop.
